The story about the traveler rose from the ashes, as Meera set her heart on exploring the journey of a traveler. Everyone Has a Story is an initiative launched by Out of the Square and Molycop with the aim to provide a platform and give people the courage to share their stories. So, the Chinese guy, the New Yorker and the Spanish guy tell him to go back to India, to Meera but Vivaan decides to go to Paris to end his trip in the city of love. Most of them absolutely loved it; however one friend, Ashish Bagrecha told me that although it was a good story, it wasn’t a great one, especially not for my debut. But as my story progressed, I discovered that each and every character of my book had their own unique story, journey and dreams.

Kabir brought the second cup of coffee, and Vivaan implied – Don’t you see it, perhaps Kabir has something to share. The energy and contribution from all those that attended continues to drive this initiative beyond expectations. It helped me to see that by modeling vulnerability, I gave people permission to be vulnerable with me, with each other, and even with their clients.

The author has placed more focus on the story only rather than other elements like the characters, pace, tone, and plot. The news of these deaths is a cruel reminder about the realities of depression and anxiety, and about the dangerous stories that we make up about those “successful” people who don’t know anything about pain and never need help. Blogger turned author Savi Sharma talks to us about her writing inspiration and the kind of stories that she would like to tell. Meera starts the journey by sharing her desire to interact with other people, listen to their stories and expand her horizons. A story I’ve shared with the people around me that not only lead to a good laugh but also an opportunity for us to relate to a shared experience.

The authors who have been takings this book as a competition should read this book and they will find it to be a baseless book. Not only do they facilitate a way for us to connect with others, but they help us to also understand and appreciate what others have been through. The protagonists of the story are Meera and Vivaan along with two secondary characters, Kabir and Nisha. At moments it felt I was literally reading the script of Ekta Kapoor’s melodramatic tv series where heroine keeps crying with any damn thing happening. All the 90 minutes that I actually spent reading this, they could have been used for a better cause.
